Afghan Legal Assistance Program
Ukranian Assistance Program
Our Ukrainian Assistance Program provides free legal representation as well as consultation services to newly arrived citizens of Ukraine who are currently living in either Hudson, Bergen, or Passaic counties in New Jersey. Our services include help filing for asylum, TPS, work authorization and family based green cards.
Unaccompanied Children Program
The Unaccompanied Children Program seeks to provide pro bono legal representation to unaccompanied children, 18 years old or younger, who no longer have one or both parents due to abuse, abandonment or neglect. Through the program, children who are currently in or have been released from Office of Refugee Resettlement shelters, receive presentations about their legal rights and individualized legal screenings. Many unaccompanied children may qualify for legal relief to remain in the United States under asylum, special visa, or adjustment of status.
