Refugee Health Promotion Program

The Refugee Health Promotion Program is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of ORR-eligible clients. The RHP program provides comprehensive medical case management tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. The program coordinates physical and mental health services, ensuring clients receive thorough support throughout their health journey.

Participants are invited to attend both online and in-person health events, fostering community engagement and awareness. Additionally, the Refugee Health Promotion program offers access to targeted health materials, including a quarterly health newsletter and timely health advisory messages, designed to empower clients with essential health information.

The Refugee Health Promotion team is committed to facilitating connections with various healthcare providers, assisting clients in applying for health insurance options like Medicaid, and helping with appointment scheduling and medical transportation when eligible. The Refugee Health Promotion program strives to make navigating the healthcare system as seamless as possible, ensuring that every client has the resources they need to thrive.
